7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Because we cannot verify how materials have been handled or stored once they leave our center, all purchases are final.

We do not accept returns for any products, whether the packaging is sealed or opened.

However, we may provide a refund or replacement at our discretion under the following specific conditions:

  • Shipping Damage: The package was damaged during delivery, and you provided clear photo evidence within 48 hours (2 days) of being declared delivered by the tracking number provided to us by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier we choose to use.
  • Order Mismatch: The items you received do not match what you ordered.
  • Confirmed Defect: A production flaw is identified and verified by our quality control department.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment within fourteen (14) business days.

9. Shipping Risk / Loss

Title to and risk of loss of the package passes to the purchaser once the shipment is delivered to the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping, lost packages, theft, or damage occurring after delivery confirmation by the carrier.
